I personally think It’s a brilliant scheme, where local vulnerable men can enhance professional development, and engage in learning new skills, the above counselling skills should be beneficial to these ethnic groups, as vulnerable people don’t have the confidence to interact with others or like to ask for help. As this would be a talking workshop service this should attract communication and discussion around building confidence, meeting new people, sharing ideas and lifestyles, and basically learning from others. Motivation is what’s lacking these days and this seem’s like it’s looking at building individuals, to accept who they are and can make change by recognizing the hidden qualities that are lost due to disturbances or other reasons. I would like to know more and have another key person who might be interested Anisa Sajwal, who’m is currently working with me.
